Borovitza Vox Dei Pinot Noir 2018
One of the more extraordinary wines from the cellars of Borovitsa. Vox Dei ("The Voice of God") is probably their most legendary and bizarre project. The story behind the name? In the middle of the Pinot Noir vineyard lies a crater where a meteorite once struck. Ognyan picked up a piece of that meteorite and allowed it to age along with the oak barrel in which this wine rests. Whether that provides cosmic energy is up to you to decide, but the result in the glass speaks for itself.
